Firefighters responded to a major blaze Sunday morning at a Durham apartment complex, where at least four people were transported to the hospital and at least one person jumped from the building to escape, WRAL reported.

It’s unclear what condition those residents are in. The Durham Fire Department did not immediately return a request for more information.

According to radio traffic, the firefighters were dispatched to University Ridge Apartments just before 11 a.m.
