“Thereafter, at least one more car then ran over Mr. Arnold after he was down in the roadway,” police wrote in a press release at the time.
Police said Ortiz-Escareno didn’t stop to help Arnold after the crash. He is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing Sept. 8, records show.
