Alix Earle<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about an emotional run-in with her ex, Braxton Berrios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The influencer posted a “UNGRWM” (un-get ready with me) video via TikTok<\/a> on Monday, May 25, which documented her getting ready for bed the night before as she spoke about bumping into Berrios on a night out.<\/p>\n

“Crymaxxing,” Earle, 25, said, admitting that her “eyes are a tad bit puffy” from crying.<\/p>\n

“Obviously, I saw my ex tonight, but we’re on good terms, so it was normal and fine and we were joking around with each other,” the podcaster explained.<\/p>\n

Earle continued, “It was funny and fun, and then it wasn’t. It kept turning into me looking around the place the whole night like, \u2018Hmm, where is he?’ I think that really sucked, catching myself doing that. I think it’s hard when you see someone for a second and it’s like fun and normal, but that’s just a dose of it, and then that’s done. That started to hit me.”<\/p>\n

The “Hot Mess With Alix Earle” host admitted that she got emotional seeing Berrios, 30, while trying to put on a brave face.<\/p>\n

“Sometimes you just can’t help it. Sometimes you’re just a girl and sometimes water just falls out of your eyes. Sometimes that happens and that’s OK,” she said. “I did the responsible thing and called myself a car home and cried to my dog.”<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em>broke the news<\/a> in December 2025 that Earle and the Houston Texans wide receiver had split after nearly two years together.<\/p>\n

Earle later confirmed the news in an emotional TikTok video<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Braxton and I are no longer together,” she tearfully told fans at the time. “We have been doing long distance since, basically, June and we haven’t got to see each other that often. It’s just been really difficult for me.”<\/p>\n

Earle said that she was considering a permanent move to Los Angeles after living there while competing on Dancing With the Stars<\/em>. Berrios, meanwhile, lives in Houston.<\/p>\n

“I think that was a scary thing for me to realize because it meant us not being in the same place. A part of me also really wants to be focusing on myself right now,” she said. “I just feel like I can’t be what Braxton needs.”<\/p>\n

“I want him to have someone who can be there for him 24\/7 and support him. He wasn’t really expecting that of me \u2026 I constantly felt guilty,” Earle continued.<\/p>\n

“It just kinda feels like we’re on two different paths right now and it sucks,” she admitted, describing Berrios as her “best friend.”<\/p>\n

Earle added, “We’re on good terms and I don’t want anyone to come for him or be mean to him.”<\/p>\n

“I think I ultimately just wanted to go with trusting my feelings,” she said. “This has just been really hard. \u2026 It’s not drama. It’s not because he did anything wrong or I did anything wrong. It just didn’t really feel like it was working out, in the moment.”<\/p>\n
