As the Carolina Hurricanes<\/a> are set to begin their home series of the Stanley Cup Finals, major Caniacs without tickets may be wondering if they can go to the Lenovo Center to tailgate.<\/p>\n

While you can\u2019t technically tailgate<\/b> \u2014 meaning bring your own food, beverages and seats to hang out with fellow fans \u2014 you can spend time outside the arena to cheer on the Canes.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s what you need to know.<\/p>\n

The best place to watch the Canes take on the Vegas Golden Knights is arguably live, in-person at the Lenovo Center. But tickets are sold out, with the cheapest resale tickets around $1,000, The News & Observer previously reported.<\/a><\/p>\n

For home games<\/b>, the Canes will set up screens on the South Plaza of the Lenovo Center for fans without tickets. The Watch Party for Game 1 will include a free pregame concert from country music duo Brothers Osborne, starting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 2.<\/p>\n

The watch party doesn\u2019t require a ticket. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, and fans will have to pay for on-site parking. Outside food and drinks and chairs are not allowed, and restrooms will be available.<\/p>\n

For away games<\/b>, the Lenovo Center will host watch parties in the arena for $10 a ticket, with proceeds going to the Carolina Hurricanes Foundation. Tickets go on sale to season ticket members at 1 p.m. and the public at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 3.<\/p>\n

Details for watch parties for Game 5 and 7 will be confirmed at a later date, according to a Hurricanes news release. Find full details available online at nhl.com\/hurricanes\/fans\/watch-parties.<\/a><\/p>\n

Games<\/u><\/a> will be shown live on ABC<\/b> and online at ABC.com<\/b>, though you will need to share your TV provider and login. You can also stream on ESPN+<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Games 1-4<\/b> will be Tuesday, June 2; Thursday, June 4; Saturday, June 6 and Tuesday, June 9. Games 5-7<\/b>, if necessary, will be Thursday, June 11; Sunday, June 14 and Wednesday, June 17.<\/p>\n
