In comments Tuesday to the House Commerce and Economic Development Committee, Khara Boender of the Data Center Coalition cautioned lawmakers against specifying certain cooling technologies, setting \u201cprescriptive\u201d rules for utility service contracts, or prohibiting \u201ceconomic development tools that could reduce North Carolina\u2019s competitiveness.\u201d<\/p>\n
