They have not said whether a suspect has been identified or what the argument was about.<\/p>\n<p>As of May 30, a total of 83 people had been shot in Durham this year, 11 of them fatally, the latest police statistics show.<\/p>\n<p><i>Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Investigator J.
