Emergency Medical Services took him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday afternoon, police announced Zamir Browder, 19, of Durham, was charged later Thursday with murder and discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling.<\/p>\n<p>Browder, who was on pre-trial release for a prior offense, is being held at the Durham County jail without bail, according to court records.<\/p>\n<p>Police released no other information in Friday\u2019s update, except to say \u201cadditional charges are being reviewed and considered.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/durhammovinghub.com\/?p=2309\">WakeMed says it couldn\u2019t consider a UNC Health merger if it wanted to.
