Tom Holland<\/strong><\/a> confirmed he and Zendaya<\/strong><\/a> got married after months of rumors about a secret wedding.<\/p>\n

Holland, 30, was asked in an Esquire UK<\/em><\/a> profile published Tuesday, June 16, if he had to explain anything to his family when AI-generated photos of him and Zendaya, 29, at a wedding went viral. “No, because they were all there,” he replied.<\/p>\n

Holland didn’t offer any more details<\/a> on the nuptials, teasing, “That’s all you’ll get on that.”<\/p>\n

Us Weekly confirmed the couple’s engagement after Zendaya was spotted wearing an engagement ring at the Golden Globes in January 2025. Earlier this year, marriage rumors swirled when Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach hinted that the nuptials already took place.<\/p>\n

“The wedding has already happened. You missed it,” he told Access Hollywood on a red carpet in March. “It’s very true.”<\/p>\n

Zendaya addressed the rumors<\/a> during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/em> that month. “Many people have been fooled by [the photos] while I was just out and about in real life,” she said. “People are like, \u2018Oh, my God, your wedding photos are gorgeous!’ I was like, \u2018Babe, they’re AI! They’re not real!'”<\/p>\n

Holland and Zendaya were first linked after working together on 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming<\/em>. After several years of denying the speculation, the costars went public with their romance in 2021. They’ve since offered rare glimpses into their relationship.<\/p>\n

“I can’t not be a person and live my life and love the person I love. But also, I do have control over what I choose to share,” Zendaya told Elle<\/em> in August 2023. “It’s about protecting the peace and letting things be your own but also not being afraid to exist. You can’t hide. That’s not fun, either. I am navigating it more than ever now.”<\/p>\n

Holland, meanwhile, admitted it can be “nerve-wracking” to have aspects of his love life in the public eye.<\/p>\n

“It means that if you are dating someone, you have to be really conscious of their feelings, because if something does happen between the two of you, it’s not just happening between the two of you, it’s happening in front of the entire world,” he told British GQ<\/em> in 2021. “And it can be very complicated. It’s one of the things I worry about most, of all the things in my career.”<\/p>\n

While speaking with Esquire UK<\/em>, Holland gushed about his connection with his now-wife.<\/a><\/p>\n

“Our business can present very stressful situations and it’s really nice to have a bedrock of a relationship that will stand the test of time,” Holland said. “We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don’t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else.”<\/p>\n

He continued: “So, for me, I found my person. She’s my best friend, and I’m the happiest I ever have been when I’m with her, but I also have never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period.”<\/p>\n
