\u201cI\u2019ve had ICE tell me that they would facilitate my clients\u2019 return, but it ultimately didn\u2019t happen and then they had to come back to the border under dangerous circumstances,\u201d she said. \u201cI would never advise that, and I\u2019m really hoping that we don\u2019t even get that far down the road. I\u2019m just hoping for a smooth return.\u201d<\/p>\n
