As all eyes remain on New York City’s Madison Square Garden, where Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> and Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a> are reportedly tying the knot this weekend, Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a> was spotted well away from the action.<\/p>\n

In photos published by TMZ<\/em><\/a> on Thursday, July 2, Lively, 38 and her husband, Ryan Reynolds<\/strong>, 49, were snapped in Lake Placid, New York.<\/p>\n

The images show Lively and Reynolds in upstate New York, nearly 300 miles away from MSG, as they cheered on their daughter Betty, 6, at a horse show at a local farm. (In addition to Betty, Lively and Reynolds also share daughters<\/a> James, 11, and Inez, 9, and son Olin, 3.)<\/p>\n

In stark contrast, other celebs, including Selena Gomez<\/strong> and Lena Dunham<\/strong>, have been spotted<\/a> in New York City as Swift and Kelce’s rehearsal dinner reportedly kicked off.<\/p>\n

Last month, multiple sources confirmed to Us Weekly<\/em> that Lively did not receive an invitation<\/a> to Swift and Kelce’s wedding despite the Gossip Girl<\/em> alum once sharing a close friendship with the “Opalite” singer.<\/p>\n

“Blake understands why she wouldn’t be invited and that it would be a media frenzy,” an insider exclusively told Us<\/em> in June. “She also understands that she and Taylor don’t have the same level of friendship they once had. She isn’t upset about not being invited, but of course, she would love to be there to support her and Travis.”<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> previously reached out to Lively and Swift’s representatives.<\/p>\n

Swift and Lively’s bond was strained after the Grammy winner was dragged into Lively’s legal battle<\/a> between the actress and her It Ends With Us<\/em> director and costar Justin Baldoni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

During the high-profile legal drama, personal texts between Swift and Lively were made public. Swift’s name also came up in court documents, when Baldoni claimed he was ambushed during a meeting at Lively and Reynolds’ NYC penthouse with Swift in attendance. In subsequent text messages, Lively referred to herself as Khaleesi from Game of Thrones<\/em> and called Swift one of her “dragons.”<\/p>\n

Lively and Baldoni, 42, reached a settlement out of court last month after the contentious 18-month legal fight.<\/p>\n

Prior to their strained relationship Lively and Swift shared a tight relationship, with the “Fate of Ophelia” singer being given the honor of being godmother to three of Lively’s four children.<\/p>\n

After Swift began dating Kelce in summer 2023, the couple spent quality time with Lively and Reynolds, including a double date at The Corner Store in NYC in October 2024.<\/p>\n

Swift and Kelce are reportedly set to tie the knot at MSG over the July 4 holiday weekend, with celebrations said to stretch over multiple days.<\/p>\n
