But Fenton \u201crefused to engage meaningfully in these discussions, despite multiple good faith attempts by Wegmans to reach a solution that was mutually beneficial for both parties,\u201d Wegmans stated in its answer.<\/p>\n

So Wegmans sent its letter announcing its intent to either terminate the lease or find another tenant on Feb 20., \u201cwhile reiterating its willingness to engage in a dialogue that would lead to a mutually acceptable agreement to end the Lease,\u201d the answer stated.<\/p>\n
