Country singer Brett Eldredge surprised his fans and followers after confirming he secretly got married.

“Over the last several years, life and my perception of it have changed dramatically. I met an amazing woman who truly loves me for me, way beyond the fella with a microphone,” Eldredge, 40, shared via Instagram on Monday, June 15. “Along the way, we got married.”
While the identity of his wife remains private for now, the musician shared a photo from his wedding day and another PDA image from a previous date night at a bar.
“Someone who’s just as goofy as I am. Someone who loves weird barefoot dance-offs in the living room, looking up at the night sky and wondering what lies beyond what we cannot see,” Eldredge shared when describing his wife. “Someone I can have rolling belly laughs with, cry with and go through life’s tilt-a-whirl of emotions with. Someone who inspires me with her big, beautiful heart.”
While Eldredge acknowledged that the romance was very private – he even turned off comments on the wedding post – the man behind hits like “Wanna Be That Song” and “Songs About You” is more than grateful to have found someone special on his own terms.
“To me, some of the best things in life are the ones you plant and grow quietly in your sacred space, away from the noise,” he explained. “We value that deeply, and honestly, it soothes my soul.”

Eldredge continued, “There are so many amazing things ahead, and after all this time, I’m so grateful I have such a beautiful soul to share it all with. :).”
The future certainly looks merry and bright as the musician prepares to celebrate 10 years of his Christmas album Glow.
Back in December 2025, Eldredge teased that another holiday tour may be in his future as he prepares to mark a milestone in his career.
“The stage is torn down, the lights will fade but the memories will remain forever…thanks to all of you and my incredible band and crew for the deepest and most meaningful Glow tour yet:),” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “Now it’s time to rest, but best believe, next year being the 10th anniversary of Glow, I’m already starting to dream up the next chapter of Christmas magic. I love you all❤️.”
Eldredge’s most notable ex-girlfriend is Victoria’s Secret model Rachel Hilbert. The pair were linked in 2015 after she starred as his romantic interest in his “Lose My Mind” music video.
