New information is emerging about the harrowing aftermath of Eminem‘s ex-wife Kim Scott‘s alleged suicide attempt.

News broke earlier this month that Scott, 51, was rushed to a hospital near her home in Chesterfield Township, Michigan, on Saturday, July 11, after authorities received a 911 call about a woman “bleeding” at the residence.
A dispatcher described the incident as a “suicide attempt” and requested assistance from emergency services workers because Scott was possibly “unconscious.” Per TMZ, Scott was ultimately escorted out of her home on a stretcher to receive emergency treatment.
Us Weekly obtained a police report detailing an allegedly chaotic scene when first responders showed up at Scott’s home on July 11. While an emergency dispatcher initially relayed that Scott might be unconscious, officers reported that they encountered her in an allegedly “extremely hostile” state, describing her as “irate and combative.”
During an alleged face-off with police, Scott allegedly bit and kicked officers and was observed to be “unstable on her feet.” Officers took note that Scott allegedly threw headphones at a wall at one point and eventually had to be strapped down to a stretcher.
The report goes into significant depth into how the allegedly hostile confrontation at Scott’s home developed, with an officer writing, “We made our way to the basement. We began looking for Kimberley. [One officer] advised she located Kimberley in a closet in the room next to the basement stairs.”
“[The officer] advised she was unable to open the door because Kimberley was holding it shut,” the report continued. “Kimberley started screaming at us to get out of her house. I drew my department handgun at a low-ready and [the other officer] drew her department taser. It was uncertain at this time if Kimberley had any weapons. I began ordering Kimberley to exit the closet but she refused and continued to yell at us.”
As additional law enforcement personnel arrived on the scene, one officer approached the closet where Scott was allegedly hiding.
“I holstered my department handgun and approached the door. I opened the door and Kimberley exited. I observed Kimberley to be in a bra and underwear,” he noted. “Kimberley continued to yell and scream at [an officer] to ‘get the f*** out of her house.’ Kimberley refused to let me speak to her. Kimberley then walked passed … and then pushed [the other officer].”
The report includes a shocking accusation that Scott bit an officer while they were trying to restrain her.
“[Another officer] and I grabbed onto Kimberley’s arms in attempt to secure them in handcuffs. Kimberley started pulling away, tensing up, and attempting to get away from us. Kimberley then fell into boxes that were leaning against the wall. Officer Askew and I fell with Kimberley. Kimberley then turned her head to the left and bit my left forearm.”

Per law enforcement, Scott was dragged to the ground as officers attempted to put her in handcuffs but eventually had to use a taser to temporarily incapacitate her when she allegedly refused to comply.
Once Scott was placed in cuffs, officers noticed that both of her forearms were wounded and bleeding.
“Kimberley then kicked [another officer] in the shin. I ordered Kimberley to stop assaulting Officers. [The other officer] and I escorted Kimberley upstairs,” the report read. “I asked Kimberley once again if she wanted Officers to cover her with a sweatshirt or blanket. Kimberley refused.”
Officers strapped Scott down to a gurney though she still repeatedly said “f*** you” as she was being removed from the room.
Scott has yet to publicly address the matter.
Eminem (real name Marshall Mathers) and Scott were high school sweethearts who welcomed daughter Hailie Jade, 30, on Christmas Day 1995. Their tumultuous relationship inspired some of Eminem’s classic hits, including “97 Bonnie & Clyde” and the eponymous “Kim.”
The pair tied the knot in 1999 but divorced two years later. While they briefly reconciled in 2006, their second marriage only lasted 82 days.
In a 2007 interview with 20/20, Kim opened up about why she and Eminem struggled to stay together on a long-term basis.
“In our relationship, there’s a pattern. Like, we’ll have two good years and then it will go bad for some reason,” she said. “It’s like a two-year max with us and we hadn’t reached the two years yet. I just didn’t want to rush into anything before the two years.”
