Members of the Raleigh Police Department and the Durham County Sheriff’s Office took the teen into custody in Durham County on Saturday morning, then transferred the person to a detention facility in Raleigh, according to a news release from Raleigh police.

In the early morning hours of July 5, police responded to a gas station on Capital Boulevard, where two people were shot.
