Sanitation scores and their corresponding letter grades are used in North Carolina to assess restaurants’ adherence to rules and standards intended to mitigate and prevent the spread of food-borne illnesses.
You’ve likely seen sanitation grade cards at restaurants you’ve visited, and The N&O previously explained what those scores mean and how they’re calculated.
Here are sanitation scores in Triangle counties from July 21-27.
The Wake County inspection management system shows 123 restaurant inspections were completed July 21-27. Three restaurants received a B grade (a score of at least 80% but lower than 90%):
Anise Pho (222 Glenwood Ave., Suite 113, Raleigh) received a score of 84.5% on Tuesday, July 21:
Cracker Barrel 461 (955 Airport Blvd., Morrisville) received a score of 82% on Thursday, July 23.
Pan India Kitchen & Bar(800 W. Williams St., Suite 176, Apex) received a score of 88% on Thursday, July23.

The Durham County inspection management system shows 37 restaurant inspections were completed July 21-27. One restaurant received a B grade (a score of at least 80% but lower than 90%):
Cracker Barrel 345 (3706 Hillsborough Road, Durham) received a score of 85.5% on Thursday, July 23.
The Orange County inspection management system shows 17 restaurant inspections were completed July 21-27. All received an A grade.
The Johnston County inspection management system shows 24 restaurant inspections were completed July 21-27. All received an A grade.
The Chatham County inspection management system shows nine restaurant inspections were completed July 21-27. All received an A grade.
