The restaurant, located at 3151 Elion Drive, centers on build-your-own grain bowls made with whole ingredients without seed oils, refined sugars, and gluten. Bowls will also come with various choices of sides and proteins and add-ons like sauces, desserts and drinks.
“Little Barrow was created to prove that you can have it all: bold, satisfying and substantive food served quickly, that’s also incredibly good for you,” Bruce Kramer, founder of Little Barrow, said in a press release. “We look forward to debuting this simple but transformative concept in a center of innovation and ideas like Horseshoe and all of Research Triangle Park.”
Kramer is a Durham native who founded the restaurant after his own health journey, according to the press release. Little Barrow’s 2,482-square-feet Hub RTP location is the company’s first storefront, placed across from Cheeni Indian Food Emporium.
