The store is a part of the MillerKnoll furniture brand based in Stamford, Connecticut. The North Hills location will be in a 4,790-square-foot space that features reclaimed oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and recycled North Carolina brick. Customers will have access to complementary design services such as 3D renderings, samples and space planning, Triangle Business Journal first reported.

Design Within Reach features many European furniture brands including Audo, Gubi, FDB Mobler, Flos and Frederica. The company joins a number of design and furniture stores in North Hills, including RH Raleigh, La Maison and Ethan Allen. Store hours will be Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 12-5 p.m.
Jubala Coffee is also expanding into the shopping center’s main district in late 2026. Willa Kane will be opening a fine art gallery in the shopping center by November, The N&O reported.
